Excellent product fit perfect

I was in a pinch and needed some grating for a job that needed to be completed over Labor Day weekend. I spoke with customer service and they helped me identify the correct grating for the job and got my order going on a Tuesday. They were even able to get this shipment ready for pick-up quicker than normal. With the the order being placed on a Tuesday afternoon and the shipment needing to go on a truck I was concerned the shipping would get delayed until the following week. My FedEx driver tried to pick up on Thursday and wasn’t able to pick up for some reason. Customer service was aware I had FedEx coming to pick up and they called me after hours to check in to see if I knew where my driver was at. The next day customer service followed up with me to see if I knew when the driver was coming as they still haven’t seen them. FedEx said there wasn’t anywhere for them to load up at and customer service stayed later than usual and waited at the front gate and directed the driver to the correct loading zone. The shipment ended up making it to it’s final destination the next day and we completed the job over Labor Day weekend. I highly recommend working with RockcreteUSA for your grating needs!

We upgraded our shop and Rockcrete put in the trenches and pit, they made this so easy. Getting the trenches and pit cut out of the concrete was our biggest concern with this project.
