Product Description

MEGAMAX® INSTA-POUR® is a complete pre-engineered expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam trench drain forming system. The system includes EPS formers defining the trench width and slope, plus an anchored grate frame and standard grates with a wide range of load capabilities. This Megamax is a combination of design simplicity, superb functionality, and customizability. The system includes an In-Line catch basin and 12″ x 12″ catch basin assembly if required.

Description

Super easy installation with no learning curve. Ideal for a crew leader with low skilled labor. All trenches are monolithically poured, creating a seamless system including corners The Megamax flow option allows sections to slope from 5.25” to up to 36”below floor level. Trenches are easy to clean, since the formed radius bottom surface of trenches and creates better run off and grey water deposits. A flexible liner at the bottom of trench allows for movement in the building floor. Steel grates are easy to remove (2 min / 100ft section / person). Once grates are removed there are no obstructing cross bars in the way when cleaning trench. The steel grates can be easily removed and reused if you decide to relocate in the future.Trenches can be easily filled in if you relocate without having to remove any steel framework that’s poured in place. Tie-inns or add-ons to the existing trenches are easy, should you decide to expand your wet zones in the future. All pit capacities specified are measured from below the bottom of trench inlets. Last minute changes on site are possible, if you need to change your wet zone.

When can I expect to receive my order?

This depends on if it is a Rush Order, Back Ordered, or In Stock.

Regular orders for In Stock items placed by 12:00 PM EST normally ship (leave our Duluth, Georgia facility) within 3 business days by UPS Ground. UPS Ground typically delivers in 1 to 5 days, depending on the departing location and delivery destination.

So in most cases you can expect non-rush orders for In Stock items to arrive within 1-7 business days.

Rush orders for In Stock items are shipped the next business day (instead of within 3 business days).

Notes about In Stock items (including available quantities) are shown in GREEN below the description text on product pages.

Notes about specialty or back ordered items are shown in RED below the description text on product pages, and on purchase email receipts. They have a pre-shipping lead time of 1 to 4 weeks.

Rush orders for back ordered or specialty items are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, excluding holidays & weekends (instead of up to 4 weeks).

Do certain products take longer to be shipped?

Yes. Certain back ordered or specialty products have a 1-4 week lead time, depending on their production schedule.

All such products contain RED text near their product descriptions, to make their longer lead times clear and obvious, so you’re aware of it before purchase.

How can I place Rush Orders?

Although we process all orders promptly, for an additional fee we offer rush order processing, where your order gets top priority.

A Rush Order option will be presented during online checkout, where you can choose to add it to your order, if you want.

How can I save money on Rush Order fees?

Our fees for Rush Orders are based on a percentage of your total online order, within a given price range. Generally the larger an order, as long as over a certain amount, the lower percentage the Rush Order fee.

For orders over $10,000.00, rush order processing is FREE.

Can you show a breakdown of your Rush Order fees?

Sure. Here’s a breakdown:

1. $0.01 – $250.00 X 25% = $62.50
2. $250.01 – $500.00 X 25% = $125.00
3. $500.01 – $750.00 X 25% = $187.50
4. $750.01 – $1000.00 X 25% = $250.00
5. $1000.01 – $1500.00 X 25% = $375.00
6. $1500.01 – $2000.00 X 20% = $400.00
7. $2000.01 – $2500.00 X 20% = $500.00
8. $2500.01 – $3000.00 X 20% = $600.00
9. $3000.01 – $5000.00 X 17.5% = $875.00
10. $5000.01 – $10000.00 X 15% = $1500.00
11. $10000.01 and UP = FREE RUSH ORDER PROCESSING!
